I purchased a local hairdressing deal on this site and it was still being advertised today but when I came to make an appointment today I was informed by the owner of the shop that the offer related to someone who had been renting a chsir there and had left in June! NCrowd have informed me that I will have a credit placed in my account which I am not happy with since my voucher was never going to be honoured as the service was not available when I purchased the offer. Am I able to insist on a cash refund? Thank you
