Refunding a personalised product

Hi, I wonder if anybody could help me?
I've recently sold a batch of canvas prints to a customer for her to resell on. She sent us in her photo for us to print on canvas. We did this and took the prints to her in person around 2-2.5 hours away. On the way back she said the canvases were not up to the quality she wanted.

We did make it very clear on the phone as we do with all our customers that we can't guarantee colour matching due to differences on the computer monitor and whats actually printed out. I did also strongly advise to have a test print which she declined.

We've got very many happy customers so I've never been in this situation. Can anybody help?

Were they sold on your premises or over the internet / phone? If the first, Google The SOGA Hub, if the second, Google the DSR Hub. You should hopefully find your answer there.

You should also consider what is in the contract that was signed and any T&C's attached to it.
