I have a 2 year Vodafone contract - still in the first year.
I pay for 12 GB of 4 G data - which I anticipated using....
For the first few months the 4 G service at home was fantastic (I live in Hemel Hempstead) - however, since then I have not been able to get any 4G reception (apart from a brief period when it was restored)
It has now been 189 days with no 4G reception at home.
The (so called) Customer service reps cannot help and tell me they cannot say what the fault is and cannot give me anytimescales at all as to when it may be fixed.
Just giving potential customers a heads up to avoid Vodafone if 4G data is important to you..
In my experience they will not deliver and will not be helpful if you have issues
